Terms and Conditions for Redwood Construction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by
Redwood Construction
, owned and operated by
Johnathan Stanley
. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or engaging our construction services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
Redwood Construction offers general contracting and construction-related services including, but not limited to:
Residential and commercial buildingRemodeling and renovationsRoofing, painting, and maintenance servicesConsultation and project management
Specific terms of service (scope, pricing, and timelines) will be outlined in a separate written agreement or proposal for each client.
All estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.A signed agreement and/or deposit may be required to begin work.Final payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.Late payments may incur additional charges and interest as allowed by Georgia state law.
Clients agree to:
Provide access to the project site as neededDisclose any known issues or hazards that may affect work Make timely payments in accordance with the agreed-upon terms Maintain proper communication throughout the duration of the project
While Redwood Construction makes every effort to complete projects on time, delays may occur due to weather, unforeseen site conditions, supplier issues, or other events beyond our control. Any changes to the schedule will be communicated promptly.
Redwood Construction may provide limited warranties on workmanship and materials as specified in individual contracts.
We do not guarantee:
The performance of third-party products or materials Any work altered or repaired by others after project completion
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, expressed or implied.
Redwood Construction will not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Damages arising from client-supplied materials or instructions Issues beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, acts of God)
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services rendered.
Either party may cancel a service agreement with written notice. Depending on the timing and progress, the client may be responsible for payment for work completed and materials purchased up to the date of cancellation.
Any drawings, designs, or plans created by Redwood Construction remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the
State of Georgia
, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in
Gwinnett County, Georgia
.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or communicated directly, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
